What you can expect



To support our growing client base, we are looking for a motivated Training Manager  in a full-time permanent position.  It is a hybrid role and regular office working in Manchester is expected.
As a Training Manager at tegosgroup, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future success of our company.   

Your job includes the following aspects:

  • Delivering standard training to both new and existing clients.
  • Managing the creation of  training materials, including videos and presentations.
  • Ensuring all training materials are current, engaging, and aligned with our company's brand and ethical guidelines.
  • Leading a successful development team to produce high-quality training content.
  • Building a path to future success through innovative training strategies and continuous improvement.


Your skill set



  • Proven experience in leading and managing a successful team.
  • Strong expertise in developing and delivering training content using the most up to date methods.
  • Excellent project management skills.
  • A commitment to maintaining the highest ethical standards.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.
  • A passion for staying current with industry trends and best practices.
  • Based in UK.
