Store images, complaints, external delivery bills for your documents and access them directly in tegossuite.
Automatically archive your invoices and quotations created via tegossuite. Incoming invoices that have been captured with the Document Capture invoice workflow (see below) are automatically stored digitally in the desired location.
EDS stands for “Electronic Delivery Solution”, the electronic dispatch of business documents. As part of your individual configuration of tegossuite, it enables you to send offers, orders, photos, weighing slips, invoices, payment reminders, order confirmations or credit notes conveniently from the application with a wide range of customisation options. All stored and order-related documents such as weighing slips are sent directly and, if desired, fully automatically with the invoice as an attachment.

Continia Document Capture’s automatic document recognition and capturing system optimises and accelerates process flows while minimising manual data entry. Make your dispatchers’ daily work easier by activating the graphical dispatching within tegossuite. The graphical dispatching accesses the order data recorded in tegossuite directly and without interfaces, and brings them into the desired configured display for the dispatcher. Assign orders to the appropriate vehicles and tours and keep track of capacity and utilisation. Through an integrated vehicle and driver management system, absences or service appointments can be taken into account.
The fully integrated telematics solution Movartix accesses the tegossuite data directly via a mobile app and allows the driver to digitise the process. The order data is transmitted directly to the driver and is temporarily stored offline so that any disconnections do not affect the process. The driver permanently receives up-to-date, prepared order information and can intuitively operate the app by voice or manual input. Orders can be edited and added to on-the-fly, and the status is known at all times back at the transport office.
